Ultrasonic Distance-Sensing Batman Helmet
Winter 2022
Constructed at UCLA for a physics lab final project, this 3D printed helmet relies on an Arduino and ultrasonic sensors to display the closest object distances in a 270 degree cone. The distance to the closest object on the left, center and right are calculated then displayed on a fold-down lcd screen in front of the left eye.
Suzuki RM80 Dirtbike Revival
Summer 2023
This 1980 Suzuki RM80 required a full takedown to get running. The spark plug, clutch lever, carburetor tubing and throttle all had to be replaced. The bike was revamped with a black paint job and a custom 3D printed eagle head on the front. Due to it previously being bored out to a 120 cc, it packs a deceptive punch even for a two-stroke.
Supersuit Mark I
Summer 2020
Constructed mainly out of PVC, wood, ball valves and compressor tubing, the Mark I supersuit weighed in at over 40 pounds. It was brandished with a crude dart gun, flamethrower, net gun and punching actuator. A backpack outfitted with a mini compressor and car battery supplied the required 100 psi air supply to give the suit its power. Though not very functional, Mark I served as a step in the right direction for future supersuit iterations.
